Who else has NO PMS

Does anyone else has absolutely no pms symptoms? Is it normal to feel nothing? No cramps, no sore boobs, no mood swings etc. Nothing. Even when AF arrives, no cramping (apart from when it actually arrives but the slightest feeling that goes away fairly quickly) no symptoms apart from bleeding. Is it normal or a sign of hormonal imbalance?

Completely normal. The range of normal is huge, from nothing to loads of symptoms.

It also can change through your life.

In my teens my cramps were absolutely hellish accompanied by dreadful flooding the first couple of days.

In my 20s to 30s mostly nothing at all.

In my 40s I always get hideous hormonal chin spots about 3 days before.

Sore boobs (outside pregnancy) and mood changes are not something I've ever had (lucky me).

Funny I had awful pms as a teenager, super depressed for about 4 days before hand. I literally could not help it at all wreaked havoc with friendships and family relationships. Like clockwork, it would lift a few hours after I came on. Now nothing!

In late 20s btw

I’ve never had many symptoms, but in my teens I got cramps, and then from about 25-35 nothing much but a hormonal migraine once or twice per month. Now in my late 30s the migraines are less frequent/severe, and then sometimes they’re very severe. It’s weird. I’ve been on artificial progesterone recently and still felt nothing whatsoever which surprised me, thought I’d get all the symptoms but nope.

Sorry, not artificial progesterone, I meant to say additional progesterone.

I'm in my 30s and have only had symptoms (cramps) when I had the coil in. After it was removed nothing. So I'd say it's completely normal!
