Letrozole stopped working?

Hi everyone. Letrozole previously worked for me - I was successful in cycle 3 but sadly that ended in miscarriage. Since then I’ve had two further cycles and Letrozole is no longer working. I will probably be asked to increase the dosage that I am taking but was wondering whether anyone has experienced it to suddenly stop working? Many thanks

Did you have any success with getting your cycles back?

I'm in a similar position, started with 5mg of letrozole at the start of the year, which worked to induce ovulation, bfp on month 2 which also sadly ended in miscarriage - now back on Letrozole on the same dose and its no longer working for me.

I doubled my dose of Letrozole and it worked again. I ended up getting pregnant on cycle 3 but unfortunately that too ended in a miscarriage. I have started Letrozole again but I did see a private doctor who recommended trying a different form of ovulation induction. Apparently Letrozole after a few cycles can be ineffective. All the best x
