Hi, I have 2 kids. I had my youngest about one and a half year ago. Since 4 months my menstrual cycles have become shorter, heavier and more painful. I have hair fall and acne, and the worst terrible mood swings/ feeling depressed. All the blood tests doctor did came out normal. Si the doctor suggested an IUS to help, not particularly keen on its contraception ; that's an added bonus but for me it's more about what it can do for me in terms of harmones. Anyone with similar experience ? Did IUS help ?
