Understanding my bbt chart

Hi everyone.

First month tracking my bbt and I'm wondering if 7dpo could be an implantation dip? I'm not sure what to look out for but I'd be interested to see others bbt charts of when they conceived as I'm driving myself crazy! Currently 10dpo and darent test 😭😭

@Tia99661 hi! So implantation dips aren't really a thing! It's actually just caused by a secondary oestrogen surge created by the corpus luteum and isn't too uncommon. Eg I've had loads of BFN charts with a big dip somewhere between 5-9dpo. They are however slightly more common in BFP charts so certainly not a bad thing to have!

Yay I can now add a picture! 1day late for AF and temps still high. Tested at 13dpo and BFN. Is it possible to get a BFP later??

@Tia99661 www.fertilityfriend.com/courses/lessons/1/FertilityFriend.com's-Charting-Course.html - as a lady above says, temps don't just dip for implantation sadly. If they did, it would be quite easy to know very early if you're pregnant. I have a big dip but as not pregnant (99% sure). If you are late make sure you test using a FRER with FMU! Fingers crossed it does mean something for you x

I’ll give it a read now thank you! I just got so upset at 13dpo seeing a BFN but I’ve seen that is quite possible to get a BFP later than that so I’m holding out hope. Thank you! X

Tested at 13dpo and still BFN. 1day late for period now and temps still high. Do you reckon I definitely ovulated on the 04/01 like my chart says. I darent take another test yet.

When was the skyway that you got a BFP??

@Tia99661 I think you need to test ekkk! Sorry it's the only way to know! I am yet to conceive sadly so can't advise more than what I know from my own Googling research

Mine was like this and I've just got my BFP this morning at 11dpo. I've had high temps and then a dip two days ago with some spotting. Back up the next day and even higher today. Again not sure if 'implantation dip' or just a coincidence but my temp was one of things that made me think I could be pregnant

I’m so nervous to test as I was in the same Laotian last month and AF was late. But I didn’t tell last month. Somethings telling me I am pregnant but is that my mind playing games. I think the BFN at 13dpo completely knocked me 😭 I think I shall test on Friday if AF doesnt show which will be 17dpo

Fertility friend has my ovulation date as the 6th jan and Femometer has it as the 4th jan. Can anyone make anything of my charts? And is one more reliable that the other ??
