Late Period But Negative Tests

Hello!

Since getting the coil removed in the summer my cycle has consistently been 33 days however I am now on day 42 and still no sign of a period but I am still testing negative. I had my covid booster during this cycle so I'm wondering if that could be causing the delay? I have been having slight cramping since day 34 which has since died off somewhat so could I have just missed my period all together? If this is the case could I still start ovulating as normal in the next few weeks or would I have to wait for my period?

Sorry if this all seems chaotic but I have so many thoughts going on at the moment I just needed to get them out somewhere! Does any one have any experience with any of this?

Hi there! Yes, getting the shot can delay your ovulation. I had the booster last month and nothing happened, but I had it in my 2WW. When I had my second shot last year, it delayed my ovulation around three days.

Yes, likely to have delayed your ovulation. My second vaccine made my period late and then the next cycle it was 9 days early!

This is so interesting. I made a thread last year about the fact that my consistently 30 day cycles for 25 years, I had three in a row that were only 3 weeks long.
I had wondered if any one had any experiences of shortened cycles. I didn't get any replies back then, but looking back this was over when I had my vaccines.
