Morning everyone!

Had some more red blood last night and now it's turned brown. Lots of cramps so think I'll give it a few days and af will be here. Although temps are still high so who knows.

@Skl2021 still early!! But I understand why you're protecting yourself by saying it's not going to happen this cycle. Still got my fingers crossed for you.

I booked it through Medichecks @calimc83. You can do a finger prick test. It is mainly used for checking that ovulation has actually happened, but I figured if my levels are low (because my temps confirm ovulation has definitely happened), then I can take it to my gp and say I want a prescription for progesterone suppositories. I think that's what's contributing to my spotting x

@calimc83 I'm the exact same as you! Due to ovulate tomorrow but my OPKs are showing 50% at the highest atm so don't think it's going to happen. Probably because I'm stressing myself out about OH being out of action and if and when I will ovulate. Arrrrrrgh!!

Girls how do we calm ourselves down I feel like I'm sending myself doolally!

@Skl2021 I want to join your on a non-tracking cycle but honestly I think I'm all bark no bite at this stage 🤣

@Cruz86 I ordered the progesterone test too from MediChecks after your mentioned it. Just waiting to ovulate then will be doing the exact same as you. Keep us updated with how you get on x

@Cindy974 oh no! I've had the 💩 the last couple of days too. I know others who have got upset tummy's too so think it's a bug going round x

@Cruz86 sorry to hear that 😩 were all not having a good time this cycle! Were are these positives at?! Temps still high are a good thing tho 🤞 I'm feeling bloated and af symptoms so think it won't be long for me either!

@aesgriff I think I'm lying to myself 🤣🤥 already looking at which opks to buy next! 🤦 Wish I could just let go and not do anything! But I don't think I can 🤣🙈 x

Oh amazing @aesgriff. I think it'll just give me peace of mind/arm me with info for the gp! Hopefully you'll ovulate soon 🤞🏻 I'm not sure how to stop yourself from going crazy. All I can say is, it happens to the best of us 😂 x

@calimc83 yaaaaay!!!! We can keep each other company peeing on OPKs 🤣 I'm currently CD19 today... it's my first cycle since my first period post D&C. My apps saying tomorrow but with my OPKs I'm not feeling confident! Are your cycles regular? I think if I go over 35 days this cycle I'll make a GP appointment.

@aesgriff regular ish...but my periods have ton for longer since Medical management for MC back in Nov. Usually around 26/28 days, but been known to have the odd 30 day cycle. I'm convinced I have a short luteal phase as well but one of my friends ( who is a consultant in fertility) told me to chill out 😆 and said that it can take a little while for hormones to settle down after a MC..and she's right I do need to relax but this luteal phase issue is annoying me 🙈😆 x

@Skl2021 I switched from one step to easy at home .. read the reviews and thought yeh okay but they are more expensive aren't they!!
In my late night google searches I've been looking at that I use ovusense but wondering I'm taking it to the extreme 😜

@calimc83 I sooo get where you're coming from!! I know me stressing isn't helping ovulation but god damn it just arrive already then I won't be stressing 🤣🤣🤣
I had a 54 day cycle following my D&C 😳

@aesgriff yes I used to use cheap ones but they weren't that clear so I switched to femometer ones but I'm using a box of 40 each month 🤣🤦 I know alot of people use them easy at home ones so maybe I should try them! If my ovulation was the same every month I would be laughing! 🤦 X

I came off the pill in March and they were regular around 30 days until I got my first covid jab in May then they just went wild. I got my second jab in July and again anywhere between 32, 36 and 43 days 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn't think I was pregnant as my cycle in September was the 43 day one and I had no signs of ovulation then got my BFP in October before losing baby in November. Writing that all down actually makes me think I've got enough information to make a doctors appointment for irregular cycles now 🤔 what do you guys think? Xx

@aesgriff oh wow!!!! That is long 😬..did u fall pregnant relatively easy when u were trying initially? I also had my covid booster just after AF finished, heard that can also delay things as well 🙈 x

@aesgriff 😫😫 argh I just saw your post about it...I don't think the 1st 2 jabs affected it much tbh...but I wasn't hugely aware of my cycle back then. I've tried to up my fruit a d veg intake levels this cycle and started on extra vit c as heard that can help with the luteal phase as well x
