I thought I’d start a new thread for February following the January one.

About to start month 4 of TTC after a MC last month.

The months seem so long with a TWW thrown in but then I also can’t believe I’m about to start cycle 4! (I know that isn’t a long time for some of us and that makes me feel sad, TTC is so unfair at times)

Anyway, feel free to join if you’d like to get through February together! X

@Mariabombia thank you ❤️ yes I think I'll either ovulate late or not at all. I'm not going too test for a few days and just go with the flow and if AF arrives beginning of the month then my body obviously wasn't ready to conceive this month and I'll start again next month with a fresh mindset 💕

@arianasky I would def say step away from the tests. It really stressed me out when ttc #1 the dr said to trust my body as my cycles were regular. He said that ttc when its not working as quickly as you hope is stressful and there's no way to really remove that completely. But I did feel more relaxed not waiting on tests everyday.
I also only poas for a pregnancy test on day 29, cause then I was a day late. I just can't take the anxiety.

@arianasky not sure how helpful this is but I've used both in the past. The blank circle happened to me one month and I got pregnant so I literally don't understand what it was doing. The Premom ones I find give a better higher reading mid afternoon but every women is different. It's a nightmare to do in work though with the timings and suspicious runs to the toilet.

AF due today so I'll be joining you girls for this journey in Feb. Mood's changed, had slight cramps last night, so I know she's coming. CD1 is always tough.

Jumping across from jan thread. Af spotting and raging pms today along with another bfn. So hormonal I just want to curl up and cry! Will hopefully have opportunity to try this month but temporarily living at my parents so not holding out much hope.

I was really hoping to avoid a December/January baby so was thinking I might skip March/April ttc but it's taking so long I'm worried it'll never happen if I don't keep trying!! Argh!

Thank you @Purple29 and @jazmine38, I'm just going to DTD when I feel like this month and take the stress off I think, thank you though ❤️

@BabyBird20 I've joined the AF club today. Just want to curl up and cry myself! It's just so frustrating.

@arianasky maybe it is a good idea to step away from the tests for now if it's causing you huge stress and worry, I know it's easier said then done but try not to as you might just be having a longer cycle this month. I hope you're okay and only a comment away if you need to chat xx

@Tinkerbell098 that was me yesterday, but was at work so couldn't, hopefully February is our lucky month xx

@arianasky I'm going to take a break from OPK this month too, DH reckons it's adding more stress to an already difficult time. I'll still do my BBT so it can work out when OV was this cycle but a reduction in anxiety can only be welcomed at this time.

@arianasky just to reassure you I quite often don’t manage to get positive OPKs. I don’t use clearblue but I use the cheap sticks and not sure I’ve ever had a positive! I only test once a day in the morning. I have 2 children and got a positive pregnancy test last months so definitely am ovulating! I just go by the apps and try and have sex around the fertile week. All hope is not lost, you may well have had ovulation!

Starting the TWW today! Going to stay as chilled as possible!!! So not easy 😫

@Bringonbaby3 thank you that's reassuring 🤞🏻 well I've DTD Sunday, yesterday and today so if it had happened hopefully that will be enough and if it hasn't hopefully I'll catch it 🤞🏻

@ShinyEyes33 same my partner finds it really a lot of pressure if he knows I'm ovulating so best to go with the flow for a bit I think

I'm all confused. Last night I couldn't sleep due to period pains. This morning I bled on wiping. Have done all day. Pad is clear. Now the bleeding has stopped? I did a frer yesterday as AF was due. Negative.

Do you think my body needs to settle down after the burst ovarian cyst on Boxing Day?

@oldermam how are you this morning? Any signs of AF?

CD8 here, can’t believe we are coming round to FW again already. Started OPK last night with a faint line, will probably start twice a day on CD10 as Ov tends to be about CD12/13.
Added to my vitamins this week, started taking Zinc on top of folic acid, vit d and vit b complex

CD8 here too with Ov expected CD13 (Wednesday) We have two social events this weekend and I know I’m going to be fighting with myself to keep the drinking to a minimum or just go with it and have a few! I hear and read so much conflicting advice!

Still not much of anything to report! I tested this morning and it's a bfn so tonight we are off to a spa hotel in Cardiff and a posh restaurant and I will be having all the cocktails! It's my 40th birthday today 🥳

I've had a sickness bug for a couple of days (following AF) which is good because DH is desperate for some bedroom fun, so this should tie in perfectly with my fertile week when I'm feeling better 🤞 providing her doesn't now catch it! CD6 here for me!

CD6 for me here so AF has come and gone and the FW is approaching- it comes around so quickly doesn’t it!!

CD3 here for me which means af should start tapering off for me today if not stop all together and then I'll start using my OPKs, hoping cycle 4 will be it!
