I thought I’d start a new thread for February following the January one.

About to start month 4 of TTC after a MC last month.

The months seem so long with a TWW thrown in but then I also can’t believe I’m about to start cycle 4! (I know that isn’t a long time for some of us and that makes me feel sad, TTC is so unfair at times)

What was the purple method again? We only D2D three times in FW, O-3, O-1 and O

If you ovulate on day 14, DTD on days 7, 11, 13 and 15.

If you ovulate on day 13, DTD on days 6, 10, 12 and 14.

Yep. Basically the dr said to treat your cycle like you ov 14 days before AF. So you want to DTD 7 days before that, then, 3 days before, a day before and a day after. So no peeing on sticks. It's in effort to make it more relaxed.

I'm approx. 9dpo at the moment, trying not to get my hopes up or symptom spot but it's so hard. My BBT hasn't dropped yet, in fact this morning it went even higher. My LP is usually 10-11 days so I might pluck up the courage to do a test tomorrow morning 🙈

On our way to the swimming pool so just glanced over the chat and OMG so many BFPs!!! So so so delighted for you all 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳. This month is incredible. I feel so chuffed for everyone. Will read over the messages and congratulate individually later as mega nauseous reading in car but just to say wooohoooo. Xxxx

@arianasky I feel like you BFP gives me hope! I’m about a week behind you in cycle and had a chemical week after you. Keep us updated, really hope it sticks!

We started the day with a different kind of positive. A real squinter of a lateral flow test for my son :( Both children had PCRs today as they’ve both got a cold so potentially facing a tricky week ahead!

AF just arrived for me. I'm not upset about it this time tho. After the ectopic I'm seeing it as a positive that my cycle is back to normal. I think the previous bleed was just the pregnancy hormones dropping below a level. So FW starts around valentines!!

@Bringonbaby3 oh I'm sorry, I've heard people say they're more fertile after a CP but I'm not sure if that's true, I definitely have a better feeling about this pregnancy my lines are darker already than they got last time and I had a strange feeling it would be a CP last time. I have everything crossed for you 🤞🏻🙏🏻 how are you feeling so far?

@Purple29 Sorry AF showed up, but I was glad it ahowed up after my ectopic as well.

I think I'm around 10dpo if I had regular cycle, and I started cramping two days ago, so 6 days before AF. Isn't that very early? Unless I ovulated earlier of course.

I’m okay…only 3dpo so no symptoms or anything yet just normal PMS symptoms that I get in 2nd half of cycle!

Hello ladies could I get some advice?

I just got a positive peak fertility test this morning. I am currently CD16 and have been DTD every other day since day 7 as per the SMEG method. Should I stick with every second day meaning I would skip today and DTD tomorrow? Or should I try and DTD today and tomorrow? My poor husband is worn out as I am I!

@QueenBee22 according to SMEP you do three days in a row, but don't worry if you don't feel up to, you still have your bases covered ;) To be sure I'd do either today or tomorrow.

Lots of bfps congrats! Anyone else at 3dpo?

I got my static smiley on the 24th Jan and we did it 20th, 22nd, 24th and 25th if that helps.

Ordered a CB digital one with weeks so fingers crossed it shows positive as I've just been using FRERs 😬 but the lines pretty strong so holding on to the ok such things as a false positive!

No doubting this line.... in disbelief I think we managed to dtd once in the fertile window after my predicted ovulation day according to Flo!!

I am just wondering if you see a static smiley which stays static for 2 days right? I actually stopped looking at it after day one to be honest I was glad to be done with my dtd marathon but luckily we did the next day too spontaneously for a change. Do you make sure you always dtd on both those days? Are these the best days to focus on if you only had to pick a few (getting more and more exhausted)
