I thought I’d start a new thread for February following the January one.

About to start month 4 of TTC after a MC last month.

The months seem so long with a TWW thrown in but then I also can’t believe I’m about to start cycle 4! (I know that isn’t a long time for some of us and that makes me feel sad, TTC is so unfair at times)

@mightbeyesmightbeno i feel the same with all of it coming out last night😂. I finally got my static smiley at 4am too. I really have run out of steam this time. I don’t think i can handle one more time, last night i swore to myself I would never dtd again unless it was spontaneous. I feel it has killed my libido too. I feel this routine sex and lack of orgasm half the time means it falls out anyway. Seems like a waste. I may be very wrong. Sorry for the tmi

I started spotting a few days ago, which progressed to clots and heavy bleeding yesterday. I don't know if I'll try again. This is so draining. Good luck girls though I'm totally rooting for all your bfps xxl ❤️❤️

Does anyone get up and down readings with OPKs? It's going very up and down, not had a high or peak reading yet though which I'm not worried about yet but I got a 0.22 yesterday and then 0.16 today, is that a normal thing?

So many of us same time of Ovulation so should make TWW easier with us all suffering together. I just got my spot of ovulation bleed so think it will be tomorrow 🤷🏼‍♀️ DTD as much as we can and fingers crossed one last time tomorrow. OPKs are still showing high but are up and down each day. Does everyone test at same time on OPKs each day? Just spent the day with my friend and her newborn happy for her but god it does play with my emotions

@QueenBee22good job we do OPKs otherwise we would be all out of sorts with the vaccine.

So I took a test three days after my early period ended and got a faint second line within five minutes. I was excited until I realised my cheapie tests are very, very expired! That was a bit of a rollercoaster! Haha. I’ve ordered some new ones from Amazon which should arrive tomorrow.

In more positive news we have an appointment with the GP booked to talk about getting my husbands sperm checked again. It’ll be interesting to see if it’s the same as two years ago or better

TMI post here ... Got static smiley yesterday, DTD yesterday afternoon but when DH "withdrew" at the end it all seemed to come outSo not very hopeful as pretty sure what was in the bed would be much better off inside me. Gutted! And sex is so gross sometimes isn't it?! Hoping for some BD later but we're exhausted already today after a very early wake up. And he's got something really important to do today which can't wait until tomorrow so that will take up DD's nap time & I'm at a friends today 🙃. What a crappy month!

Hoping to DTD once more today as not done since Thursday Eve. Had DTD every other day before then. Hoping it's enough 🤞🏻

Well, 2DPO here. I will test at 11DPO as that is when I first got a line on my chemical. It is going to be a looooong nine days! Currently wishing we had managed yesterday as well but it was just too much of a busy day.

Anyone else on 2DPO? Do we need a testing calendar?!

Interestingly, this is the first month ever that we haven't done it on O-1 (i.e. the peak OPK day), it is meant to be the most fertile day but clearly it isn't for me! Let's hope the 'every other day' method is the one that's worked!

@Curlywurly3I understand, I was the same over Christmas period, I don't feel a few drinks at this point will do any harm (so I've been told anyway!) Try not to beat yourself up (easier said than done I know!) I've been invited out for drinks on the 12th and can't really get out of it without raising suspicion so might do a test that morning xx

@RosyappleA feel exactly the same as you. I feel such a sex pest. DH thinks I'm just horny (which I am usually anyway during FW) but he has no idea how much it plays on my mind. I’m 4dpo today, not been crampy today but my boobs are sore. I know I get this in lead up to AF but that’s not due until about 9th Feb, so a bit soon. Swore I would not symptom spot this month. I’m planning to test 10dpo on Saturday, but I know I’ll be at it before then

Just tested again and had my static! @RosyappleA glad you got yours too! After reading your post I done a second one today has had a feeling it was today! Going to TRY and DTD again today, but not so sure! I’ve only managed twice in the last 5 days! Hope it’ll come to something! Also hope you don’t mind if I add myself to the list! As I had late ovulation it looks like my ovulation day is 1st feb, based on the 36 hours!

I don't know how to copy the calendar but I am going to test on Saturday. AF is due on Friday but I always wait till I'm one day late!!! Not expecting anything this time anyway.

I’m going to join you.
I have a 2 year old dc and we’ve been trying for Dc no.2 since last May. We got out bfp last Oct but sadly had a Mmc early Jan.
I’m not tracking ov as cycle will be abit up and down I think, was going to wait till after 1st period to ttc, we’ve dtd a few times in the last week but will start properly after period arrives.
I wish everyone luck and big congratulations to those with recent positives.

Hi @Purple29 I have been having them too, for the last day on and off, sharp and more on my right side than middle. Currently 7 - 8 days post ovulation. Wondering if I got ovulation wrong or early period cramps hopefully not. Are you still getting them?

@Snowwhite2020 I bought mine in 2019 and they expired early 2021. Seems they have at least a two year lifespan :) No good to me in 2022 however haha.

@MangoLipstick really sorry & sad to hear this. That must have been tough earlier on this January. Are you ok? How are you feeling (both in your head and body) ? X

@Mummyh14 I only had them for 2 days, they've stopped now and AF is not due till Friday. But I don't know if my cycle will be correct I had an ectopic pregnancy at the end of dec.

Oooh lots of people getting down to it this weekend it seems ha ha. I think about 12 DPO, due AF Tues/ Wed depending which app I look so I'm one of the very first on this thread I think. I won't be testing early as boobs seem to have already gone massive (OH is delighted) and bloated so feel she is on her way.
