EWCM and ovulation

How many days do you get EWCM before ovulation?

I am trying to avoid using ovulation tests (I can get a little obsessive and I don't need anything else to stress over!!)

I get EWCM every single cycle. I was wondering for those who do use ovulation sticks roughly how longer after the first sight of this that you ovulate.

Just to give me a rough idea of whether it is on the same day, a few days after etc

Just want to make sure I am timing everything correctly

This month I got EWCM and ovulation pain on CD15 and then a positive OPK on CD17. But other months both have arrived on the same day....

For me it's generally 3-4 days later but this cycle just passed was all out of whack (I think because I had a chemical last month)

If you really don't want to track and ttc you could dtd every other day starting when your period stops until you are sure you're past your fertile window. For me that's quite a short period of time but appreciate if you have irregular cycles or really long you might want to tailor it.

Following... I also only used EWCM as I lose the plot with opks. DTD on ewcm day and two days later. No symptoms to report yet at cd 20, of either af or prg. Good luck OP !

I get it for 4 or 5 days and according to ovulation tests, I actually ovulate around the last day / day after its gone

I get it for a good 5 days before and then a small bit after ovulation I think x
