Ovary pain - worried

Hi ladies, was wondering if any of you can share some light?
I've recently had a positive pregnancy test and am about 4w+2d.

In June last year I had a PUL and they put it down as eptopic. I had really bad right ovary pain and which was like a constant stabbing and they said I had a 2cm corpus luteum cyst so thought this was causing the pain, but it would go away after my treatment for eptopic and it did.

Since my treatment I didn't have this pain again until just before I ovulated last cycle (more severe than ovulation pain). It got so bad I had to phone NHS24 but after 2 days it was gone.

Now I'm sat here in pain again but even more worried as I'm pregnant. Could this be the cyst? I'd be more worried if I hadn't had the pain before last time as I'd suspected eptopic, but I have no other pain or any bleeding and my pregnancy tests are still strong.

I had a telephone doctors appointment today and she said "you're just worried".. of course I am lol. Am I worrying too much? Has anyone else had a cyst in their ovary and if so what was the pain like?

Anyone? I'm 4w+6d now. Still have the same pain. Had a scan (too early too see anything) on Thursday and an examination, also had a scan on my ovaries and can see no cysts. They think maybe eptopic or PUL again. My hcg on Thu was 643 which they said is where they expect it to be for where I am, and I had repeated bloods this morning so will find out later if they've doubled.
Did anyone else have this pain when pregnant and it work out OK?
