When logging your periods in an app when do you log the first day and last day?
Sorry if this is tmi…
For example do you log them from the very first day you see any blood even if it’s very light like brown spotting or watery pink and only when you wipe or do you log it from the first day of heavy bleeding?
This month I had 2 days of light bleeding which was watery and pink and didn’t need to use anything as it was only when I wiped and then the following 2 days I had heavy bleeding so bright red with some clots and then 1 day of much lighter bleeding but still needed to use something and today again pretty much nothing just small amount or light pink/brown spotting.
In total that’s 6 days where I’ve had some form of bleeding but only really 3 days of proper bleeding so do I log my period as 6 days long in my app or as 3 days long but with 3 extra days of spotting.
