EPO did it work for you straight away?

Hello, I’ve just started taking EPO this cycle. Started on CD1 first day of AF and still have AF now but should be the last day. I wondered if you noticed an increase in ewcm the first cycle you started taking it?

I used to get loads of ewcm but haven’t notice much recently and hoping I might see an increase this cycle

I’m actually taking EPO with Starflower oil it’s the seven seas ones and I’m taking 2 capsules a day.
One in the morning and one before bed, which is 2000mg per day in total.

It says that it’s 130mg GLA per capsule so 260mg per day and I read that you should be having 200-400mg GLA to get the benefits.

Am I taking enough or would you increase to 3 capsules per day, although the box says to only take 1-2 capsules daily so don’t want to overdo it.

It worked straight away for me AND I got a BFP the same month!

Could be a coincidence of course, but I only took it for 2 weeks until ovulation and noticed visible EWCM, which I have never had since TTC - like to the point where I didn't really understand what people meant when they mentioned it.

Defo worked for me :)

PS. Mine was EPO with starflower oil too, just the Boots version. Was only 600mg I think and I just took one a day, so even that small amount made a difference to me.

Oh really ok I deffo won’t take more than it says then! Going to stick with the 2 capsules as the box says 1-2.

I did have a chemical pregnancy the month before I started taking it, so I don't know if that helped in 'resetting' me too, but I honestly had a noticeable difference in EWCM and I really attribute it to the EPO. I actually didn't realise I could have been taking more until I saw people mention their doses on here but the one pill a day defo seemed to work for me :)

It was cycle 7 for me so had been ttc for a little while and was definitely searching each month for EWCM so can attest to a genuine change.
