Clearblue ovulation test error

Hi

I just used a clearblue ovulation test and a little book appeared on digital screen

What does that mean?

I used the test correctly and did everything it said on instructions and got no result

Can someone help please

Is it a little text book looking thing? I had the same when I left the stick in too long before going to the loo.

Their website says…
An error has occurred during testing. It may be that:

You have done the test before inserting the test stick into the holder.
The absorbent tip was not kept pointing downwards or the test was not laid flat after testing.
You put too much or too little urine on the test.
The test stick was ejected too soon.
