7dpo and first month tracking bbt

I have one little girl and we have been try fir 2 months so far. (Not long I know)

This is my first month tracking my bbt
I had a little back ache yesterday and mild cramps.

Just counting down the tww
Anyone else with me
I've attached my chart of Temps I definitely know I've ovulated but that's about it

I've not tracked bbt but this is my first month back ttc and I'm also on 7dpo. Have backache and a terrible headache but that's it. The wait is so long! Lol

So glad to find someone who is the same dpo as me though. I had mild back age and mild cramps yesterday and a few twinges today

I'm 7dpo too and have horrendous lower back pain as my only possible symptom. Nothing else really, looking to test at about 11dpo.

Tracking bbt is great for confirming ovulation, no denying that temp spike! I am 4 or 5 dpo and I have also had cramps and lower back ache, I don't know if I'm just going mad noticing things I usually wouldn't! I also this morning had a lot of creamy cm, don't know if that means anything? I wish we could fast forward the tww!

I’m the same @Sassy144! Still have lower back pain, CM & bit of spotting which is odd for me as AF should be due this week & I usually get no symptoms beforehand.

My BBT rose again this morning too so not sure when it’s meant to go down?

Interesting @BlueSky57! My BBT usually drops on the day AF comes, but usually doesn't rise a huge amount after the initial ovulation spike.

@Sassy144 my BBT seems to be particularly low on average, so although the rise is interesting I’m a bit relieved as I worry what would happen if it got lower
