Worried test may be false !
Im 10 months post depo first period started on 29nov, no return period.
Over the past week or 2 I’ve had Harder darker nipples, mild cramps, lower back pain, headaches, fatigue and nausea at times now day 35 vomiting suddenly (feeling fine before and about 20 minutes after) .Test says negative but started Provera 3 days ago so worried as I know that can affect baby’s development. Any ideas?

No one can tell you if you're pregnant or not except a pregnancy test or a doctor doing blood tests

Hi aware that no one can tell me that I was just wondering if maybe anyone has been in the same boat or has any ideas what to do as it’s a bank holiday weekend and I work all hours that the doctors are open so won’t be able to get ahold of my doctor until Friday meaning 5 more days on a drug which could harm a development baby.

If you've have symptoms for two weeks it's highly unlikely you'd get a false negative. I think it's more likely your body adjusting to being off the depo.
