Did you do anything extra? Like supplements or anything else. I'm 41 soon and thought I might try and give myself the best chance. I already have 1 dc.

@mycatistrans have a look at the book it starts with the egg. That gives good advice on supplements. Many people on hear recommend Ubiquinol supplements for improvement of egg quality…. I took it for a few months but stopped in the egg as it’s expensive! I am now 18 weeks pregnant however! (Age 41). I would definitely recommend a multi vit for preg (although watch out for some of the ‘conception multivitamins’ as they can delay ov.) plus I was put on high dose folic acid due to previous losses. Good luck, there are loads of ladies on here TTC after 40 x

I was 41 in September. BFP in December. I took 2 x 100mcg ubiquinol for 4 months was v expensive from natures best. Also took Vitamin D and B6 and folic acid for months. I cut down on alcohol but didn't stop drinking all together. DP stopped hot baths for a few months and the month we conceived we used conceive plus and he didn't take the magic blue pills he'd been boshing (for his ego mostly 🤣) as I read they can make sperm lazy
