Covid in TWW

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has tested positive for covid in the TWW? I had a positive lateral flow today and thinking this cycle may be ruined.

I caught covid on the day my period was due (19th Dec). Period arrived but never got into full swing and was just spotting.
Presumed covid had messed it up - did a pregnancy test on 24th to double check and it was positive.

Awaiting a 6 week scan next week due to the bleeding.

My positive was on a FRER x2. Then did a clear blue with weeks and got 2-3. Got my 3+ yesterday at 5+5 based on LMP

Looks like I am pregnant but dubious due to bleeding & no symptoms but HCG is increasing.

Not sure what to expect at the scan on Thursday!

It's my ovulation day and my hubby has just had a positive LFD 🙈 we DTD this morning and if he's up to it we are still going again tomorrow 😂🙈 Hopfully if I get it it doesn't have any impact on my cycle 🤞🤞 x

Not covid but when I was ttc my first I had the worse flu in the tww , the worse I’ve ever felt, bedridden, eating strong painkillers etc the whole time. Thought the flu had messed up my cycle to then test positive on a pregnancy test!

@pollyparrot45 wow what a confusing and hard time for you. Wishing you all the best for your scan, you will have to let me know how it goes for you. It seems like it will be good news with your clear blue's progressing xx

Thank you for replying ladies. I was hopeful, however I started spotting and cramping yesterday at 6DPO. Today it continues and is enough for me to wear a small pad. So upsetting xx

I will let you know how the scan goes. I’m absolutely dreading it. On the one hand I am reassured that the clear blue progressed but on the other I had almost 10 days of light spotting and I have no symptoms really whereas in my first pregnancy I did.

Part of me can’t wait for the scan as I just need to know either way but the other part thinks whilst I don’t know I can live in blissful ignorance.
