Hi I’m pretty new to the whole bbt charting and a little confused to what it all mean? Can someone please explain my current chart as attached would be greatly appreciated.
(I’m 10 months post depo ttc)
(All temps are taken at same time give or take 10 minutes I just forget to log)

You need to temp at the same time every day and before you get out of bed. See those little arrows? That means you've input your temp at different times and it'll throw off your reading. Hope this helps :)

Hi Dreamer30 I have said in my post above that all temps are taken at same time I just enter data when I get to my phone so times very. I also make sure I do nothing before taking my temperature to keep it as accurate as possible.

I am sorry I can’t help as I am new to temping too but find your picture useful to see what mine should be like I can’t even seem to get an accurate reading as I don’t know if I’m using mine properly!

Sorry so you have, read it quick lol. I'm not too sure tbh. Here's my chart from when I got a bfp in May. Unfortunately ended in an eptopic but as you can see it's just a bunch of up and downs lol don't understand it myself at times
