What is going on? Help please!

Good evening all! I had a bfp right around when my period was due last week, unfortunately a couple of days later I had a bleed, going from pink to red and had some loss so assumed a chemical pregnancy.

Fast forward a week and took a test tonight to make sure the line was fading/disappeared... much to my confusion the line was as clear as day within about 10 seconds (much more prominent than last weeks tests), and the clear blue digi has gone from 1-2 weeks last week, to 2-3 weeks tonight.

Am I getting my hopes up, does this sounds like it could be a viable pregnancy, would hcg levels keep going up if I've had a loss? I understand that sometimes people still test positive after a loss but these seem much stronger/advanced. Thanks in advance for any input.

Ring your local EPAU. Only a scan and bloods can confirm if you are still pregnant or not. You need to make sure you do t have an ectopic pregnancy. I don't want to get your hopes up, but it can also be very common to have a bleed in early pregnancy. Many women bleed for their entire pregnancies. Speak with your midwife or Early pregnancy unit.

@peanutbaba as above. You can get a clot and bleed and baby may be fine, but probs best to call for professional advice! X

I thought I'd jump on to this thread to try and reassure you.

I bled with my daughter, it was red and took up the whole of the bottom of my knickers. I called EPU who scanned me, first time they could see it was viable but no heartbeat so called me back a week later and then confirmed a heartbeat. They said it could have been implantation or just that some women bleed through early pregnancy.

Give your EPU a call, I've got my fingers crossed for you

I have an appointment on Friday at epu but stupidly poas today and fainter line than the last test (Thursday), also some cramps and very light brown discharge today, so really fearing the worst now x

I bled after sex in early pregnancy, and also had cramps.
Fingers crossed for Friday. X

Ah it really was such a anxious time, like you I had in my head that it was bad news. Especially when I was asked to come back! I kept saying to my other half I'm bleeding it csnt be good, and now she's 18 months old! It's so hard, please try to be as positive as you can! Xx
