Been ttc for 18 months now and no luck.

We have 1 DC 5 who was conceived first try. I'm 41 soon and DH is 46.

I'm feeling like I need to now make lifestyle changes as we aren't going to conceive otherwise.

He's had a sperm count and everything is well above average. My appointment was a long wait but is next month.
Not sure if they would help though as we have a dc already.

I've stopped alcohol since Christmas Day and will stay off now. I only have 2 cups of tea a day but with sugar and sweetener.
I eat veg but lots of sweets and chocolate.
I don't exercise- long work hours then dark nights atm.

I'm scared changes won't help and that's it however I am so so lucky to have an amazing dc already that I feel all my luck was used back when ttc before!

We stopped after 3 years and fell pregnant a couple of months later. I went from a pretty unhealthy diet of 2 takeaways a month, 1 sugar in coffee 3-5 times a day, not enough fruit etc to eating fairly well and focussing on getting all food groups than being a lettuce eating depressed mess.

Cutting out alcohol is the best idea, cutting down on sugar is good too. It's worth a try and you can make small changes that don't impact you negatively. Fingers crossed for you x
