Fitbit Cycle Tracker

Hi everyone. I will be TTC soon and was thinking about ways of tracking ovulation. I already use the menstrual health tracker that comes with Fitbit and was wondering if anyone had any insight into how reliable the predicted fertile window is? I know I could use OPKs as well but don't want to put too much pressure on myself for the first cycle! Any feedback much appreciated Smile

@Nyxxie hiya, so I tracked with the Fitbit tracker from Feb-Sept this year. As it's a tracker, it's as good as the data you put in I think! Will depend on you and your cycle. I have PCOS and quite long cycles, and I missed my fertile window pretty much every time bar the month I got pregnant in Sept when I used an OPK.

If you are generally regular, you should be fine to track it well, and it updates to your trends which I find very useful.

It definitely has some odd quirks and it's annoying that it doesn't update when you are pregnant - unfortunately I had a miscarriage and now it thinks I had a 3 month cycle which is annoying, but I'm pretty happy with it and don't bother with any additional apps.

Hope that helps!

Hi, thanks for your reply and sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I don't really know if I will be regular or not now as I have been on the pill for so long! It sounds like it is worth keeping up to date with it though so I will carry on putting my info in and hope for the best :)
