Frer line.

Can anyone post their pics of faint lines that turned into proper positive tests. I'm going out my mind here and don't know whether this is a true line. Came up within 3 mins and is still there, this wasn't planned so I feel a bit all over the place. Would you agree this is positive.?

I would agree that's positive. I've attached mine from last year that looked similar.

Thank you for your replies. I had no idea how many dpo I am as I said this is a huge shock. Will test with FMU and see if any progress before I go into full blown panic mode. Will

This mornings test. Maybe slightly darker than yesterdays but still very unsure to what is going on.

Frer have notorious preset lines. Try another brand.

In general. You cannot be a little bit pregnant. Although I do agree with trying another brand.

Is positive an answer you want ?

I will get hold of another brand tomorrow. No I don't want it to be positive but the way I'm feeling and these test results are leaving towards that atm. Thank you for your replies x

Hi lovely, does the line have pink in it or is it clear/grey? I do see a faint line, sometimes frer have bad indents but given it came up within the timeframe I'm leaning towards this being positive.

FRER are the gold standard of tests for me. I’ve never had an indent line on them before. I can see your lines very clearly and, as they came up very quickly, I’d say they’re positive. HCG doubles every 48 hours so I’d check tomorrow to see if it gets darker.

I agree. I've been trying for years and had 5 pregnancies and FRER has never given me an incorrect result.

FRERs have second lines on them before they are even used these days, there have been a few threads about it over the past couple of months. I just don't think they can be trusted any more. I have had so many pale second lines that were absolutely nothing at all.

I haven't tested again yet.. still no period but had period pains now for 3 days solid. Also DTD this morning and that usually brings it on but nothing as of yet.. are these pains the normal if in fact I am pregnant? X

That's a negative test. There's nothing there.

Yes those can equally be implantation pains. Very similar to period pain.

Sorry but above poster talking bollox or simply failed to put her glasses on. Your lines are clearly visible on all photos. So doubt it's evap line.
Have you had sex without contraception?

@pollygartertidywife thank you for your reply. Still no period today. Yes the lines are definitely visible I know I wasn't mad haha. Yes very silly not using anything and I do have two older children so I know how all this works. Just was hoping that my period comes and I can sort the contraception out asap x

I can see a line but it looks grey to me so fingers crossed it's an evap.

Another brand this evening is negative. Still no period so I'm not going to class it completely out of the equation until that happens x

First test about 8 days before period due, Second about 6 days before. Different brand though! I've always trusted clearblue.
