Hi all
I think I currently have ovulation cramps (lower left abdo dull cramp pain, very specific area, date is in line with expected ovulation date).
I had sex this morning... timings-wise, do I now need to have sex again this evening for best chance of conception? Or might this morning have been the right time too?
I know I sound like a crazy - I had a very late term pregnancy loss in October and I'm desperate to get pregnant again as soon as possible, ideally before the due date of my lost little boy 😔
