Lower back pain

Hi everyone! I had withdrawal bleed after coming off the mini-pill on November 8, OPKs show I ovulated November 25 & had AF on December 8. With life/work being hectic, I didn’t use OPKs this month but had sex 3 times between 17-24 December.

On December 19 we had sex & I also had my Covid booster. Since then, I’ve had pain/dull aches across the lower part of my back. Has anyone experienced this or similar during the TWW?

Well I sort of guess I’m in the TWW now but am not 100% sure if or when I ovulated. I don’t know when to do a pregnancy test, I assumed I’d have to wait for AF to be late first.

This was my first symptom with my son and this pregnancy, I had it for a few days though before it showed bfp x

@Beck3115 wow really? I was sort of expecting people to tell me back pain doesn’t happen this early so that is really promising - thank you! Was it in one particular place & worse at a particular time do you know? I haven’t had any other symptoms at all…

Across my lower back like an ache (for me similar to period aches or when I’m really constipated… sorry tmi!) I had it from ovulation onwards and it’s stopped and started. Now I can still feel it and also a dull ache on my right hip x

@Beck3115 yes, that’s what it’s like! Don’t worry about the TMI, it’s also like that with me but I actually am a bit constipated too so maybe it’s just that??

Lower back pain and cramps was also my first symptom of pregnancy with my son, I was having such cramps waiting (impatiently) for my period to arrive so I could start tracking and we conceived immediately after coming off the pill. 🤞🏻 Fingers crossed for you hun.
Unfortunately I’ve suffered a few mmc whilst trying conceive our 2nd. And the last few days my cramps have been strong, also feeling so bloated- could just be from Christmas though 😆
Annoyingly it’s too early to show on a test 🤷🏻‍♀️But for me this feels like early pregnancy.

@Newgirl21 thanks for sharing & im so sorry to hear about your losses like you I think I am mixing some symptoms up with the aftermath of Christmas because I feel particularly large right now after stuffing my face so much!!

Unfortunately my back pain seems to be getting worse. Last night it woke me a good few times & I also had to pee 4/5 times overnight so I’m wondering if I maybe have a water infection or something I have never had a water infection before either though so who knows?

@BlueSky57 try not to give up hope, water infections are also very common in early pregnancy. Hope your feeling ok, my fingers are tightly crossed for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Newgirl21 thanks for that! I didn’t realise. I hate how so many symptoms are either just PMS symptoms or regular issues - where is my neon ‘pregnant’ sign?

I should try to be more hopeful then as it would seem strange for me to have my very first water infection experience right now lol
