Hi, just wondering if anyone can help or has had similar experiences.
Back in June 2018 I started the depo contraceptive jab shortly after my periods stopped. Then in April 2020 I was put on Desogestrel (due to covid and not being able to go get my jab) until July 2020 when I was allowed back on the depo. then completely came all contraception in March 2021. The next few months was not a nice experience as I had extremely painful breasts, cramps, weakness, fatigue, nausea (basically all pms and pregnancy symptoms) that wouldn’t go away. After many trips to the doctors they did blood tests (everything was normal) and and ultrasound (found ovarian cysts which I was told was normal and there’s no apparent reason for them) anyway that’s the background of it all.
on November 28th I started spotting for the first time which then turned into a medium flow period on 29th Nov -1st Dec . On the 14th Dec I started spotting for 3 days but didn’t really think much of it now I’m on day 29 of my cycle with no signs of another period but before I went on the depo my average period was 26 days. Is this considered late? What can cause this to happen? Or am I just confusing myself with everything after 9 very long and confusing months of wanting to start a family.
we really want to start a family and it feels like we’ve been waiting forever but now I’m starting to worry that maybe somethings wrong
IVe also attached my bbt chart which seems to be all over the place but I don’t know much about that either.
