Cycle after miscarriage

Hi all, I had an early miscarriage at 5 weeks on the 8th December and has stopped bleeding completely within 2/3 days. I have no idea how I now work out when I'm due on/ovulating and I'm desparate to get pregnant again. Does it go off my old dates? Should I count the MC as my last period?

Completely clueless as I got pregnant with my daughter easily and never experienced this.

So sorry for your loss, I know how tough it is :( I had a mc in May and didn't wait as I'd heard people saying you count the bleeding are your period. 2 weeks later I ovulated and was pregnant again but it ended in eptopic. They say to wait until your next period to try again as then you'll know your dates etc. I'd recommend waiting lovely. I know it's hard and you want to try again ad soon as, but looking back I should have waited the extra month

@Dreamer30 sorry this has happened to you too. It's rubbish! Don't know where I stand at all and Iv just power med through for Xmas for my little girl.

I know, it's a horrible time to be stuck I between isn't it? I'd recommend buying some ovulation tests. Maybe wait until your next period, start testing from when it stops and then you'll be on your way with tracking? It seems like a lifetime when you have to wait unfortunately
