Hi, I’m just begging my TTC journey. I have a 9year old but we have decided to try. I got the implant out on Monday and have had spotting ever since then flo started today. Would you track it from beginning of spotting or actual period? Thanks!

Track from actual period

I use Ovia and that allows you to record spotting as a separate symptom to the start of your period. I've always found that a really good app.

Same here I use Flo and it you can track spotting.

Thanks for that! I’ll check it out! I’ve never had spotting before the implant so no clue if it impacted or not!
