Flo app - why would it say this?

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking a little while now but I thought that this would be a good place to ask this question.

I’m using the Flo app to keep a record of AF, ovulation etc. I’m not necessarily trusting its predictions, but I do find them intriguing to see how things change or adapt based on my input.

This month, though, it’s showing me something that I find confusing. In the pink circle, it says “Pregnancy test in 12 days if your period doesn’t arrive in 7 days” or words to that effectCan anyone explain to me why it would be telling me to wait for an extra 5 days to do a pregnancy test?

Maybe it thinks you ovulated later? Was your last cycle particularly long? I use flo as well and to be honest don't find it particularly accurate more just an idea. It constantly bangs on that I have irregular cycles because I had one 37 day cycle in the last 8. Are you ttc? I found watching CM a much better way of figuring out when I'm ovulating.

@Yaty yes, we are ttc. My cycles haven’t been irregular in length, although I do seem to ovulate toward cd17-20. Ovulation has been tracked using OPKs and paying attention to things like cm and how my body is feeling/behaving, so I can be fairly confident of when I ovulated this month based on all those things.
