Hey everyone! First time posting so please go easy 
Was diagnosed with PCOS over 10 years ago.. been TTC with my partner for over a year and on 2nd round of Letrozole. Nice juicy follicle was seen at 18mm. We did got busy every day. And then the TWW... glued to the Internet of course.
Anyway.. 11dpo today and completed caved. Ive had evap lines before any seen plenty negatives so I didn't get my hopes up... and then this... could it be? Or am I seeing things?!
