Hi, im not TTC just yet. Hubby has a vasectomy reversal booked in February. I started taking an ovulation support multi vitamin and have started tracking my cycles in preparation. I'm normally a 32-33 day cycle but I got what I think is a positive OPK on CD12...so, if af shows 14 days after puts me at a 27 day cycle. Could it be the supplements? I've attached pictures

@CherylPorter350 I've just looked the supplement up and it is primarily myo-inositol based which used to regulate cycles (especially for women with pcos) - so yes that's why your cycle is likely to be shorter than your usual ones!

Btw if you wanted conception supplements then you might need something more well-rounded that includes vitamin D, vitamin b6, iron etc as well

@Juno231 thank you. I'm taking CoQ10 too, concentrating on improving egg quality as I'm not exactly a young pup Grin

Thanks for your suggestion, I'll add in something a bit more well rounded.

Thanks for replying
