Could I be pregnant

So me and my husband have been ttc with baby 2 for 17 months, last month I had an early miscarriage and I had a scan appointment as I was getting abdominal pain. This was last week when I was 6dpo, as I was having an internal scan i was told that there was a gestational sac and I could have an really pregnancy. The doctor just called me to view the results and said the same thing.
However I did sooo many pregnancy tests and most are a clear BFN even today at 12dpo I took a test and it was a BFN, I had pregnancy symptoms last week but now they cleared up and AF is due Friday.

My question is could I really be pregnant and if I am shouldn’t it show on the pregnancy tests by now?

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Happened to me. Unfortunately I never got a positive and miscarried the early pregnancy. They believe it was developing and had stopped growing by the time I had the scan and they discovered the sac.

I am nervous that it’s a chemical or miscarriage, I’ve had 4 miscarriages I don’t think I can mentally candle another one 🥺
