Late but negative tests

Hi everyone! I’m new here but reading through a lot of threads. I’m 32, ttc and have regular cycles. I’m now late but two days (usual 28 day cycle) but home tests are showing negative I’ve been so excited as af usually shows up like clockwork. I don’t feel particularly stressed, more excited. I wonder if this is what’s delaying af? I usually get really bad cramps but nothing this month. Could I still be pg? I’ve heard home tests are very reliable these days so that’s put me on a downer. Just feeling very fed up x

It sounds like you've ovulated later than normal this cycle. It happens and doesn't necessarily need a reason. Unfortunately you're just gonna have to wait and see if you haven't been tracking ovulation.
