To ask if this is an evaporation line?

Sorry to all those who hate these threads but I’m genuinely not sure. There’s definitely something there but I just don’t know if it’s a true positive. I suspect not as it’s very early (8/9 dpo).

Personally I can’t see anything there at all but of course that might just be the photo. Can you see anything if you introvert colours?

I can see it. Early lines have to start somewhere.

If it doesn’t get darker, it’s a chemical. If it does, you’re pregnant.

How long after testing was this? If you leave them too long it often shows a false positive I.e evap line.

I'm 50/50 on this one! There is an indentation where the 2nd line would be but it's not pink enough to be a definite.

I can see a faint pink line. I think all you can do is do another test first thing in the morning. Pee into a cup then test. Fingers and toes crossed.

Inverting like this, you mean?

I think it appeared after the time was up actually so probably doesn’t count.

Same. The only option is as others have said, another test first thing, good luck.

I can see it quite clearly on all three photos.

It’s about as good as the line I got with each of my children.

Perhaps do another just in case tomorrow but it looks promising to me.

Sorry OP but that particular test is clearly negative. You're testing very early, wait another week before you try again. Good luck!

First response has always Had these lines. It's the indent line already there and it shows up. I see exactly what you're seeing and I thought they were positives to but they weren't!

I'm hoping in your case though you get your bFP this month and it is a very faint line!

I fear you are right @chutneygirl. My gut is definitely saying no.

Still waiting for Amazon Prime to deliver more tests so can’t test again yet unfortunately.

Hard to tell but I'd think that's an early positive. I'm sure it's more obvious in person as well.

Don’t lose hope OP. I was the same dpo when I used the same test when I was pregnant with my daughter. Looked exactly like yours, very faint. She’s 8 now.

I think this is an early BFP but it's hard to be sure with the light shining through. Is it visible when laid flat?

In my experience if you need to hold it up to the subdue to see then it’s either negative or just to early to tell. Give it a day or two and try again.

I've always had really faint lines with my pregnancies. Should develop over a few days :)
