Hello! I have been traking my resting heart rate via my fitbit fir the past few months. I have heard there is a link between it and seeing a bfp? Anyway my resting heart rate usually goes up after ovulation but this month its shot down?! It was 54 around ovulation (confirmed with clearblue ovulation sicks) it went up to 55 for q couple days now it has gone down to 51? It's only been this low when af shows and I'm not due on for another 10 days. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Am I broken lol 😆 . I do uave a stinking cold at the moment, would that affect it?

Hi 👋🏼 My own personal opinion, I would say yes rhr does have a link to bfp and MMC too. I'm an addict of checking my Fitbit numerous times a day.

Check out this post and ask the lovely ladies on there: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/4250725-Tracking-your-cycle-and-possible-BFP-using-RHR-part-6

@HoHoHo2121 it could be a fluke or perhaps you didn't ovulate?
