I’m reaching out for some advice, and if I’m honest with myself probably some hope. I’m 30 and my husband is 32 we’ve been TTC for 3 years and never had a bfp. We’ve been through the standard testing regimen and been diagnosed with unexplained infertility.
I had a fresh cycle of IVF around 4 months ago, egg collection went really well and we ended up with a 9 blastocysts at day 5, one was transferred the other 8 frozen. This cycle ended in bleeding at 8dpt.
I went back to my consultant, he advised it was just one of those things - I asked for a higher dose of progesterone as my initial tests had been 0.6 within the window of normal range, he agreed.
I’ve just tested after a double transfer FET, sadly it was a bfn. I didn’t bleed before test day and that felt like progress, but could be because of the oestrogen tablets.
Am I missing anything? We’re going, we complimented on the quality and number of blasts - is there anything I can do or ask for?
Has this happened to anyone else?
