Hey girls,

I hope this find you all well, sorry for the long post
Quick bit of back story have been with my partner 26 for nearly 6 months now and have had two miscarriages in the past (2017 and 2019)
Up until the 5th of November, I was on the mini pill and waiting for a diagnosis with suspected endometriosis. I decided to stop taking the pill because it gives me weird hormone symptoms and just made everything worse ( have been on the waiting list for the implant). On the 5th November, I started cramping really badly and spotting. It was worse than normal and so decided I would be better of without it. Me and my partner agreed that we would be careful and use condoms.

Since I last took the pill, we have done the deed 3 times. Once the day I stopped taking the pill. Another day in the month and then Thursday 25th November.

On two day after I stopped taking the pill, I came on and bleed for 3 days but it was not as heavy as normal. I just put it down to coming off off the pill. I was also in hospital for something unrelated at the time
Now I have been feeling really off the last few days. Super tired all the time, needing to go to the loo more (feels like I have a constantly full bladder, loss of appetite and then today I have felt nauseous all day. I walked into the kitchen after my housemate had cooked eggs and heaved.
Anyway that last time I felt like this was when I was pregnant and so starting to consider it.

I was due on today but no sign of it and al I have had is some mild cramping over the past weekend and more discharge than normal.
I guess my question is am I overthinking it or is there a chance I could be pregnant

I have spoken to my partner and he has been supportive but still freaking out a bit and any advice would be appreciated. We are going to buy a frer test tomorrow

Ps when I was in hospital they discovered evidence that I might have adenomyosis which is worse than endometriosis.
