Are these results really okay?

Hi all

I am a bit confused. My DH had a sperm analysis and the Doctor said the results were fine but when I'm reading this they don't look great?
The immotility and progressive motility seems low?

Any help appreciated!

Amazingly totally normal semen has a lot of duds in it. Looking fine!
