Silly test question

Just took a test as 7 days late and it came up positive (been told I had a very small chance of ever being able to conceive by the doctor) But I think I did more 10 seconds then 5 can that make a difference to the results. Will do another one in the morning to double check tho. But just wanted to see if anyone know if it does.
Came up positive in under 30 seconds as well.

Don't worry about the 5 Vs 10 seconds - it makes no difference.
