What is my body doing?! 🤬🤬🤬

8dp5dt on FET #4 and I’m so confused by my body. My previous transfers ended up chemicals and I had lots of fairly permanent cramping from 5dp5dt onwards.

This time, I keep getting bad cramps then they disappear within an hour or so. I felt so normal until the evening of 5dpt when I had a few hours of bad cramping. I woke up feeling normal again. I only had mild singular cramps every now and again until this morning when I woke up with awful, awful period-like cramps. I went to the loo (TMI) and they went away immediately. They felt like period cramps though, not bowel cramps?!

Now, all day, I’ve felt normal again, minus a few mild singular cramps throughout the day.

Anyway, I’m confused and a bit of a roller coaster right now as I wait for the constant cramping to start like all my other transfers. OTD is 14dpt, so I still have a long way to go.

I don’t really know why I’m posting this. I’m just fed uuuuup 😣

Hey OP, each transfer can be very different, so you can't expect exactly the same, try not to stress about that. And each cramping can too. I had 3 FET & each time had different feelings inside. Not to sound flippant but if you are sick of waiting then why not test? It would show up now & then of course you can keep on testing if you wish but it's no crazier than how you are driving yourself crazy currently 😬

Thanks for your reply! I don’t want to test early because a positive before OTD is even more stressful, after the 3 chemicals I’ve had. I’d then just be freaking out until OTD that the tests would get lighter 😬
I’m trying to remain calm and remember all transfers can be different. Thanks so much.

I used to hate seeing posts like this then not knowing the outcome!

An update: My HPTs were all positive! I’m now 30 weeks pregnant ❤️

That's lovely ❤️ I had cramps before all my BFP (although not through IVF) so I did wonder. Congratulations
