Implantation cramping?

What does implantation cramping feel like and when does it tend to occur?

I've had some cramping this afternoon intermittently which I don't normally experience mid cycle. I'm exactly a week today till AF is due.

@allthingssparkly I have read a few different things about implantation bleeding on here. Some say they get it so many days after ovulation and I have also read that people mistaken implantation bleeding as a light AF and the cramping can be identical to AF cramps. Mother Nature loves to torture us 😬

Personally I have been spotting from Wednesday (day AF was due) with mild cramps. I'm afraid to test as I've had enough of BFN to last me a life time 🙈😂
