Hi - any positive stories with myo-inositol and conceiving?

I don't think I ovulate properly (I get positive OPKs but I believe my body doesn't actually release an egg. However, I do have a monthly bleed, but I don't believe my body releases an egg).

Any stories/experiences? If so, which one (if you don't mind linking it below)

Thanks xx

Hi @ttcbabyk I was diagnosed with PCOS after bloods and an internal scan. My AMH levels were very high and my consultant believed I had not been ovulating (despite getting positive OPKs occasionally and temp increases).

I started taking Conceive Plus Fertility support and Ovulation support (which includes Myo-Inositol and CoQ10) a few months ago any my cycles immediately reduced to 30 days (-/+ 2). My temp increases have been more defined since the started the Ovulation Support too. I was recommended to go on Metformin shortly after (about 2 months after starting Conceive plus) to help with insulin resistance and to help avoid miscarriage if I ever get pregnant. My cycles have remained consistent at around 30 days.

I started Clomid a couple of months after the Metformin and had ovulation confirmed through blood tests. So I'm definitely ovulating now. I'm currently on my 3rd round of Clomid.

I haven't got pregnant yet, but at least I'm in with a chance now I'm ovulating. I don't think there is any harm in taking Myo-Insitol as it might help improve the quality of your eggs at the very least.

I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago, have you looked into it? They gave me birth control in order to regulate my cycles, I'm also prescribed metformin to control these things.
