This is my 3rd cycle of trying and my period is over 20 days late and still waiting!!!! Is this normal after stopping contraception injection???
I've been blaming the covid jab but since I work for NHS I feel I'm being coerced into booster so having it today.
Anyone in the same boat? Would prefer to take the booster now than when pregnant.
It only took me 6 months to conceive first did. But the late periods are getting to me Confused

The depo can delay your fertility returning for up to a year (sometimes longer) so hopefully yours returns sooner than that

When I came off the Depo I didn't have a period for 5 months. When it happened it was awful! Like the floodgates had been opened and went on for 10 days. My GP said it was fairly common for no periods up to 12 months and she'd had the same problem and it took her 13 months before she got pregnant.

I was back in uni when I tried the injection. I went straight on the pill after it so periods were regular because of being enforced! But it messed so much with my cycle and hormones while on it I wouldn't have been surprised if I had TTC after it, it would have taken a while for cycles to settle
