Mirena was in for 10 years (not the same one) it's been a long time since I have tried to conceive.
I know I need to take folic acid. Is there anything else recommend these days?
Anyone have any experience of trying after mirena? How long did it take?
I'm nearly 40. I've had several mc too in the past
