Hi! First post
So I had unprotected sex on the 17th october (day before predicted ovulation date accoring to Flo) I then had a earlier than usual, lighter, shorter period at the beginning of this month. I went on to have unprotected sex mutiple times the begging of November and now im experiencing cramps, back ache, sweatier than usual (tmi sorry!) Nausea and im off my food. These symptoms have been going on for about a week, last unprotected sex was 2 days before symptoms started. The app im using (Flo) says I was due to ovulate on the 16thNov.
Could I be pregnant ?

@User0611 the short answer is yes, but only a test will tell you. Many people have a shorter lighter bleed around the time their usual period is due. Good luck - hope it’s whatever you want it to be xx

Im not due on my november period until the 30th. Do you think it would be best to wait until then or take one now incase I did infact concieve in Oct?
Sorry im new to TTC x

A bit TMI but the lighter period I had I was using 2 pads per day but never filling them. Usually I go through more than that but is this still considered a period ( light or medium flow )?

Whilst the apps are not particularly accurate you couldn't have been having pregnancy symptoms for a week if you are only due to ovulate today unless you were pregnant in October which sounds unlikely if you have had a period in between. Are you trying to conceive?

User0611 · 16/11/2021 20:45

It was a lighter period than usual as stated above.
Tried ovulation tests but they never come up that im ovulating so I think im using them too early or too late. ( ive been checked by GP and all good with ovulation and my partner is fine too ) just seeing what happens really.

Take a test - that will give you an answer to October cycle. November you are too early if you are only due to ovulate around now. Good luck!

What was the outcome @User0611 ?
