When you don’t think about your days as “Monday Tuesday Wednesday” you think of them as “fertile week” or “CD12” we know the feeling.

We’ve tried baby dust (back in early 2020 I think we stopped believing in that!?, we’ve tried chocolate/pizza & sofa sex (remember that? Late 2020, that got a lot of babies!) and now we are onto manifesting, testing, pleading & yet there’s still some unwanted bleeding🤣😂well tough titties we are here to stay til we get those BFPs🤞🏻🙌🏻we just need to rinse out our foofs & get the nurses to wade through our stocking full of old sperm 💦

Whether you are TTC “normally”, IUI/ivf or anything we are a crew that cling together to the bitter end & always ready to help a sister out. We’ve had multiples, some losses so know two lines can be just as terrifying as none, and we’ve got ladies where those two lines are more illusive than a white Christmas 🎅🏻

It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

How many knitting needles do you have @Franklydear?!

I have a pair of each size and a couple of the most common ones, only replace when unusable, and a big bag to hold my wool, so that also limits it, can only buy if it fits on the bag, and yes, DH would really throw it away if it gets out of control, in fact I can only buy if it has a project is going to, not allowed to buy wool because it's pretty anymore

Most of the repeat ones came free in magazines

@Minster2012 yeah, we are both old and past it. 🤣 Unlike @Franklydear who is clearly a cradle snatcher with such a young DH. 🤣 God knows how it'll pan out though. He does worry he's old.
No I've never seen that but it sounds horrendous. Have you googled where the MAFS people now are BTW? 🤔

And actually there has been a shortage of bfps. But then that's maybe because there are less of us left here?

@larrythelizard I'm definitely liking your idea of an inclusive experience! Or we could just let the guys be pregnant too, turns each for each child....then again I don't think we'd actually get any more rest if the guys got pregnant. I don't think I'd trust mine to remember to take his vitamins every day or remember what he can/can't eat so think I'd still be doing the majority of the work worrying and looking after him while I doubt it crosses the guys mind to worry that we're doing it all right the just assume that we do 🤔

@somatronic it all sounds so complicated and frustrating for you. I suppose the only tiny silver lining is that they do seem to be keeping a close eye on you with the regular monitoring. Love your OHs response 😂

@franklydear I wonder what her response would have been if you'd said no he's under 18 😂 I mean I know they've got a generic script to go through but surely a bit of common sense comes into play at times 🙄

My scans not till 1.30 tomorrow so I'm going to be productive with some anxious cleaning in the morning. Bought a new shark hoover last night, the things you get excited about as a grown up 😂

@DKDK123 I'd be excited by a new hoover too! We are sad 😂so we've got 2 afternoon scans, plenty to keep busy in the mean time

@paintfairy god you are well past it, like me 🤪 googling the MAFS ppl is on my list of things to do when dog walking this morning, though I do know about Melissa & Bryce. Did you do another test this morning to tell DH it's real?!

Gah my head hurts and I'm tired - consequences of having dinner with the in laws last night 😅. Had to get up at 6 to pack my stuff for tonight and a weekend bag - OH is only arriving at the hotel tomorrow morning, so need my own overnight bag that's light enough not to get in the way at the tree planting today🤭. Now I'm doing some work before the taxi picks me up at 8.40am. I need a nap already!

@clolo boom that's great!! Yeah I'm the same I'd NEVER get away with a Christmas of trying to hide it!! When is it? You've had your midwives appointment right?

It seems because there's no link at the end of the last thread a few of the bumps/babies ladies are struggling to find us (follow the title ladies!) me changing it up & tagging in the opening bit obviously doesn't work so I'm going to tag them here though some ppl might already be here (I've left ones I know are here off)

DS stayed at his grans last night as she's off work today to keep him for the scan. Usually he's awake some time between 5am-6am, I can't remember the last time I got to lie in my bed till 8am it feels like luxury! To think once upon a childfree time I would have considered 8am early not a luxurious lie in, oh how times have changed 😂

@Minster2012 couldn't believe it about Bryce and Melissa. When I read it I was like christ, when was this filmed? She's bloody stuck with him now.

We are now 33 weeks 4 days and my midwife has brought my consultant appt forward to Monday because bump has dropped and I'm having pressure and braxton hicks and baby is engaged...and seeing as I'm not allowed to labour she's worried baby is going to try and come before my original appt on 6th Dec!! So potentially could have the one in 2-3 weeks max which is really scary now!! 😬😬

DD is off school today with a temp and nasty cough and Cold, so a day on the sofa with Mary Poppins and Finding Nemo today haha!! How is everyone else doing?

@DKDK123 I did pause for a moment, to think the answer, I’ll be around for your scan, I need to take a pcr this morning too, but still testing negative on lft, in my house is dh who chooses and gets exited about the hoover, children🙄
@Minster2012 I don’t have many, but special ones, I have my dove and guardian angel my costumer gave the Christmas before the pandemic, to keep me safe, she must be psychic...
