Hello! Hubby is going to hospital on Wednesday for semen analysis & we have been advised to abstain for two days beforehand. Typically, today I have loads of EWCM and a BBT dip 
should we BD tonight in case this is ovulation or follow doctors orders and abstain? I have PCOS so it’s really difficult to know when I’m going to ovulate (last cycle was 6 months long!) or if it’s going to happen again any time soon. We did BD last night but realistically wouldn’t be able to again until Thursday if we abstain until after he’s done the test and give him time to recharge!!
