When did I ovulate?

Hi all need some help, my predicted ovulation date going by the 2 apps I have was the 13/11/21 but I had ewcm and some slight cramps on the 7/11/21 and nothing yesterday when does it sound like I ovulated? Thank you in advance.

Good no!! 😂. I have 3, dd15 and twins 10. My heat tip to anyone (worked for me both times) after doing the deed, don’t get up lie on your back, pelvis tilted (cushion under your bum) for at least 20 mins.
