Where do I go from here? Any advice?

I’m 34, have 3 children aged 9,8 and 7. I have had 3 miscarriages in the past. I had to take clomid to achieve my 1st successful pregnancy but the other 2 successful pregnancies were achieved naturally. My children are with a different partner than the one I’m with now.
I have had day 3 and day 21 bloods which say that I am ovulating but haven’t managed to achieve a pregnancy within the year we have been trying with my new partner. I also had a laparotomy in July 2020 to cauterise endometrial tissue and check my Fallopian tubes were open, which they found no issue with.
Basically my partner is awaiting a sperm analysis with the nhs. I have been told that my options are ivf either way even if his sperm sample comes back not abnormal. To me this seems very extreme given that I have achieved 3 successful pregnancies in the past. Not sure if there is anything else I could add or do different to achieve a pregnancy naturally and perhaps there isn’t but I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with something similar or any advice?
