I'm going to start temping so I know when I ovulated. At what part of my cycle do I start please?

Makes sense to start on day 1 but no harm in starting earlier if you are keen to. Better if you can have at least 4/5 days before expected ovulation. I started temping about 6 months ago so now that I know the trends I tend to give myself a break between about CD1-9. Good luck
